安装janus需要注意:
       centos需要升级gcc版本到7+以上，ubuntu不需要升级
       需要安装meson(python3环境)
       coturn  https://github.com/coturn/coturn.git
       使用libwebsocket稳定版本，不然janus无法安装。janus仓库地址和安装教程https://github.com/meetecho/janus-gateway
